You can expect at all times to be treated in a professional and respectful manner. For us that means we will do five things:
1. Strive to understand and meet your specific needs: we will go the extra mile to get you the Artistes you need, where and when you need them.
2. Provide a named and dedicated staff member who will work hard for you: our Directors and senior staff are the best in the business and you should feel confident in their hands.
3. Communicate promptly: we will be available, proactive, honest and straightforward.
4. Deal with finance quickly and with accuracy: we aim to get it right first time, every time.
5. Make sure that the Artistes we provide are clear: about what to do, where to be and how to work with you in a way that we can be proud of.
More than just fine words
Customer Care is something we talk about a lot. Our very experienced Director of Casting is managing The Casting Team and always on the case, working with our brilliant staff to monitor the quality of our service.
Every three months we review how well we are fulfilling our five undertakings to you our customers. If we find deficiencies – we take action.
After every job we do we will contact you to ask how it went. You can contact us at any time too if you want to talk about how it’s going; you can speak to your named contact or a Casting Collective Director.
Where we are working with you for a longer period a Director will stay in touch throughout to check that you are happy with our service. If you’re not, we will sort it out quickly.
